Dureka Homes is excited to offer free custom design until June 30th, 2026! This promotion allows you to create a personalized floorplan and façade from scratch, tailored to your unique requirements at no extra cost! You can bring in designs from elsewhere as inspiration, or even sketch something on paper—we’ll work with you to make it a reality. Simply pay a deposit, which will be credited from the first payment of your contract if you decide to build with us. You’ll have complete freedom to use your custom design however you choose, whether you build with Dureka Homes or elsewhere. Promotion ends June 30th, 2026. Terms and Conditions apply*.
